ARTICLE 33 – As the Company enters B3‘s Novo Mercado (New Market), the Company, its shareholders, including controlling shareholders, managers and members of the Fiscal Council, wherever it is convened, are subject to the provisions in the Novo Mercado‘s (New Market) Regulations
Paragraph 1 – The provisions in Novo Mercado‘s (New Market) Regulations shall prevail over the statutory provisions, in the event of loss to the right of the addressees to the public offerings provided for herein.
Paragraph 2 – Any and all terms, words and expressions contained herein and having their definition expressed in Novo Mercado‘s (New Market) Regulation shall be understood, construed and enforced pursuant to that definition.
ARTICLE 34 – The provision contained in paragraph 4, Article 10 hereto may only be effective as of May 09, 2014.
