(MDIA3), pursuant to article 12, paragraph 4 of CVM Rule 358/02, hereby communicates to its shareholders and investors in general that it received a notice from its controlling shareholder, DIBRA – Fundo de Investimento em Participações (“DIBRA FIP”), informing of the sale of nine million, two hundred thousand (9,200,000) common shares issued by the Company, representing 8.11% of the capital stock, at an auction held on this date at the BM&FBOVESPA S.A. – Securities, Commodities and Futures Exchange.
