In response to requests for the issuance of the Income Report for the declaration of Income Tax, we clarify that the reports were issued to all investors according to the address kept in the book-entry records, Bradesco custody, or in the fungible custody of B3 S/A – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão.
The 2nd copy of the Income Report can be obtained as follows:
Bradesco account holder:
Consult online the 2nd copy of the Income Report via Internet Banking / Investments / Book-entry assets.
Bradesco non-account holder:
The 2nd copy of the Income Report can be obtained at any Bradesco’s branch, upon presentation of identification documents. The shareholder may also forward an e-mail to dac.acecustodia@bradesco.com.br requesting the 2nd copy of the report. In the message, inform your full name, CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registration Number), and telephone number, attaching your identity card.
In the case of queries, shareholders can contact Bradesco by calling 0800-7011616 and by email dac.acecustodia@bradesco.com.br.
