M. Dias Branco approved buyback program for up to 3,580,000 shares, with the aim of maximize the creation of value for shareholders and comply with the Company’s Long-Term Incentive Program. The program began on April 19, 2024 and will have a maximum program duration of 18 months, until October 19, 2025.
