M. DIAS BRANCO S.A. INDÚSTRIA E COMÉRCIO DE ALIMENTOS (“M. Dias Branco” or “Company”) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has been selected for the third consecutive year to compose the portfolio of the Corporate Sustainability Index (ISE) of B3.
ISE is in its 18th edition and seeks to create an investment environment compatible with sustainable development demands in contemporary society, supporting investors in decision making and encouraging companies to adopt the best sustainability practices.
The 2023 portfolio of the ISE B3 comprises 70 companies and used as criteria, in addition to questionnaire responses and evidence analysis, the result of the companies in the CDP 2022 and the analysis of the reputation of the companies, carried out by RepRisk.
This achievement reinforces M. Dias Branco’s commitment to sustainable growth, reflected in adopting best practices in environmental, social, and corporate governance.
