On June 21, 2010, Dibra Fundo de Investimento em Participações (“Dibra”), the company’s controlling shareholder, announced to the Company that filed a request with the National Association of Financial and Capital Market Institutions (“ANBIMA”) for the cancellation of the previous registration process for the Secondary Public Offering of Company Shares held by Dibra requested with the ANBIMA on May 04, 2010, and whose registration request was filed with the CVM on May 18, 2010, due to the current conditions in global capital market.
