CHANGE IN THE CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR
In accordance with Article 6.6.1 of Novo Mercado Rules (BM&FBOVESPA), M. DIAS BRANCO S.A. INDÚSTRIA E COMÉRCIO DE ALIMENTOS (“Company”) communicates to its shareholders and to the market a change in the Corporate Events Calendar 2014 in order to include a Board of Directors Meeting to be held on June 26th, 2014, having as agenda the analysis and deliberation of a credit operation with Banco do Nordeste do Brasil S.A. to be applied on the projects “Eusébio Wheat Mill” and “Toast Factory”, as posted on the Article 14 of Company’s Bylaws, items (xv), (xvi) and (xvii) as well as Article 3 of the Company’s Board of Directors Resolution 001/2013 which attributes to this body the incumbency to previously deliberate about credit operations above R$ 500,000.
The Company also informs that the Corporate Events Calendar 2014 is available at the IPE System, already with the change mentioned above. The updated version of the calendar may be accessed through the following websites: Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission – CVM (www.cvm.gov.br), São Paulo Stock Exchange – BM&FBOVESPA S.A.
